Formerly the Colony Hotel, a 27 storey, 721 room hotel with meeting, dining and conference facilities
 
Primary use:   

Residence for up to 1100 students; potential users include the Faculties of Arts and Science, Applied Science and Engineering, Physical Education and Health, Music and the International Exchange Office.
